About Resha
I'm Resha Shroff — CEO and Co-Founder of Lynx, a guest welcome and engagement platform serving boutique hotels and vacation rental operators across 350+ cities. I built Lynx not from a whiteboard, but from 15 years of operating properties and living every operational failure firsthand.
My background spans engineering, enterprise technology sales, and hands-on property investment. I was a finalist in the New Venture Challenge at University of Chicago Booth — one of the world's most rigorous startup competitions. Lynx has been backed by the University of Chicago and received a grant from the Chicago Innovation Fund.
I am a proud alumna of WiSTEM at 1871 in Chicago — a program that gave me the community, mentorship, and permission to be ambitious without apology at a time when I was building a tech company in a space that wasn't built for or by people who look like me.
But the work that drives me most lives at the intersection of leadership and personhood. I write and speak on Whole Leadership — the belief that the most effective leaders are the ones who stop editing themselves and start showing up complete.
My Philosophy
Most leaders arrive at the table having left half of themselves in the corridor. The empathy, the intuition, the willingness to sit with complexity — edited out in the name of professionalism.
Whole Leadership is the practice of moving fluidly between decisiveness and receptivity, strategy and empathy, strength and softness — not choosing between them.
